Certifications

Nadcap-certified for:
Non-traditional machining (laser cut)
Welding
Non-destructive testing (fluorescent penetrant inspection / FPI)
NAS410 certified Level 2 FPI technicians
AS13100 compliant
Fusion welding that meets customer specifications. Examples include:
GE: GE-P8TF3 for gas shielded arc welding for tubing and sheet metal brackets

KEYENCE CMM computer vision-based measurement system and InspecVision Planar 70.20 2D computer vision-based inspection system
Inficon UL 1000 to vacuum-test final inspection of exciter boxes
Metallographic and pull test examinations of spot welds in accordance with AWS D17.2 and AWS-W-6858 standards to ensure weld strength

Skilcraft has also developed strict operator acceptance programs and training to ensure that our team is qualified with the skills needed to support your business. We have several DSQR’s (Designated Supplier Quality Representatives) on staff that meet the requirements of SAE AS13001: Common Training for DPRV Personnel.

This has resulted in Skilcraft being approved for supply self-release with companies such as GE Aerospace, Rolls-Royce and Unison Industries, which illustrate our commitment to maintaining quality systems and producing quality products, all while meeting rigorous requirements.
