Robotic bend cell
Skilcraft was one of the first manufacturers in the United States to provide computer-controlled automation at scale. Our Robotic Bend Cell capabilities offer rapid setup and production of formed fabrications. As a result, setups can be almost 85% faster than traditional manual processes and production runs can be of any duration.
Our highly dynamic, efficient system is perfect for producing small parts up to 20 x 15 inches in size. And because of the precise control offered by the automated system, you can be assured that every part is perfectly crafted to your specification.
Large fabrications
While the RBC works extremely well for smaller components, Skilcraft has several press brakes on premise that can handle larger fabrications up to 12’ in length. This is ideal for structural components and metal enclosures such as aerospace frames, avionics brackets and turbine parts.
Producing at scale
Traditionally, production equipment is designed to do a specific series of tasks very well and that is especially true of Skilcraft’s Bend Cell. Able to run almost continuously and at high volumes, the Cell can produce complex fabricated parts at scale.
